How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send you a reset link. Open it on the device where CareerCrush is installed and it will hand you back to the app to set a new password. Links expire, so request a fresh one if it no longer works.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages. If you can’t sign in, email support@careercrush.app from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you. Full instructions are on the Delete your account page.

How do I report a user?

Open their profile or your chat with them, tap the … menu, and choose Report. Reporting also blocks them. For anything urgent or involving safety, email support@careercrush.app with their profile name and we’ll review it right away.
